Although the rooms are ok, much of the property, located beside the main airport-Suva highway, is run-down and there is litter everywhere, even beside the two large ponds: plastic bottles, discarded food containers, paper and other plastics. The in-room lighting consists of a single florescent ***** with a motion detector attached (!) causing light levels at night to constantly fluctuate. The guest kitchen is small and poorly equipped and the showers are unreliable with hot water in short supply. Attached to the property is a restaurant, popular with locals, that operate as a separate business. This is an eco lodge in name only and best-suited for short stays.

Fantastic place next to a rainforest, a bit higher and cooler than Suva. Great restaurant at a scenic pond, lots of birds around. Waterfalls hike nearby. Wifi only available at budget accomodation area and could be faster. Very friendly staff.

The scenery feels like being in the middle of a forest, and the place is absolutely beautiful. It's a bit far in terms of transportation, but really loved it. The value for money is one of the best, and the food is delicious.
